A scale model of the airplane Steve and Josie flew on in early November 2008. This model plane is all yellow pound cake while the runway is white cake, all with fondant icing. Steve & Josie went to the grand opening of the Million Air Club at the former England Air Force Base now Alexandria Airport, Alexandria, LA.
